Cut a Swagger (if not a Dash) in your very own 100% hemp, handmade Hilt. Adapted from the traditional dress of the Highland clans, the Hilt is designed to keep you cool, clad and looking good while hiking, biking, adventuring and partying in tropical and temperate climes the world over.
Each Hilt is hand made (to measure) from heavy, durable (yet amazingly
soft) 100% hemp cloth that is grown and woven by the Hmong hilltribes
people of the Golden Triangle. The Hilt is a hardy, practical, elegant
garment that is perfect for all outdoor activities as well as looking
great and making a real statement on the dance floor.

Standard Sizes: Small (fits 26-30 inch waist) Medium (fits 32-36 inch waist) Large (fits 36-40 inch waist)
Other sizes: simply follow the easy measuring instructions and we’ll handmake your Hilt especially for you!
Standard length: 1 yard (90 centimetres). Suits most men in the 5'10" - 6'2" height range. If you're taller or shorter than this, or would prefer a longer or shorter Hilt, simply read the measuring instructions below and email us your requirements.
As each Hilt is handmade anyway, it's a cinch for us to customize your Hilt to your exact requirements.
Custom Sizing: Simply take a tape measure (if you don't have one then use a piece of string then measure it against a ruler) and wrap it around your mid- section where you'd like the waistband of your Hilt to sit. Remember a Hilt usually sits higher than jeans or trousers (just under your belly button or at the top of your hip bone) but we can make yours low-slung if you'd prefer.
Next, kneel on the floor and measure from the floor up to where you’d like your waistband to sit. Traditionally your Hilt should extend to the middle of your knee cap but shorter or longer lengths can be cut to your preference.
Thirdly, measure around your seat (the widest point of your hips).
